Smaller than size stated and doesn’t fit my pool the way I thought it would, however great product and really does hold the heat in.
This slide split straight away the patch supplied does not hold , not strong enough , due to it splits right down the seems. So used twice and got two holes

The box was full of mould, no response as of yet in regards to any discount. They said they will take the pool back, but it’s up in the garden!
Payed extra for a fast delivery and the bike arrived after 4 days. They send the wrong stickers. The bike pedals are missing. Emailed them and no one is replying.

Simple to put together and well made.
Grandson loves it, as it looks like Grandpa's one. It is even capable of a bit of "off road" driving through the holes in my garden. Holes kindly provided by my dogs 🤦♂️

All good, arrived a day late and was refunded for that, pool up and running, solar cover never arrived and was refunded for that.
Really please with the pool, had children and adults in it, easy to set up, quick delivery really happy with the purchase, ashame there's a lot of bad reviews as I've not had any issues from start to finish will definitely buy through this website again, thankyou 😊

Basically just a bit of fitted tarpaulin with holes for the ties. Does the job. Worth the money. Only gave it a 4 star because even when tied does occasionally come off the corners and I was expecting the same sort of material that I’ve had with previous pool covers. Still worth a buy though

Had one of these a few years back from another company, and needed a new one this year, but the price was 3x the amount than Outside Play for exactly the same item/make/brand. Will definitely be using you again for future purchases
The pool it’s self is great, perfect size for children. When filling it I noticed the seem was slightly spilt and so I ncould never fully fill the pool as it slowly leaks.
I try to contact them company twice with a picture of the seem of the pool, they did not reply.
Dispatched the same day as order and received on the next working day! Great service and product!
Paid for next day delivery. 3 working days later and still not arrived. Product might be ok but who knows!!!!!!!
