How Long Do I have to return for a refund or exchange ?
Our Returns Policy lasts 14 days. If 14 days have past since the date of delivery we cannot offer a refund or exchange. To return your item to us for a refund within your 14 day period your item must be In Unused Condition and returned to us in its original packaging within the 14 day period. Should your item arrive to us used or damaged we will deduct upto 50% of the items value based on its condition or may refuse a refund entirely.

Fantastic detail and super capable drive
Taken some time to put the car through its paces prior to writing this review and I'm still super impressed with everything.
Ordering, Shipping & Delivery - Everything was smooth, communication was great, and delivery was fast (Mainland UK). While some assembly is required, the box is governed by the body of the car, so its large! (approx. size of a small wardrobe). It arrives very well packaged and protected on a palette, so be mindful it won't go through a front door. You'll then need more space to unpack it.
Assembly - This was very straight forward and minimal. It does require screwdrivers and took about an hour to complete. Build quality is very high. There is also a video online of someone putting it together which is useful. Only negative was the instructions were a photocopy where I think for this cost (compared to your standard child ride-on toys) should probably be a glossy colour printed pamphlet (something to improve upon). All parts were clean and fitted very well. Battery had a charge so worked straight out the box.
Driving - Being 4WD (via a motor on each wheel) this is an incredibly capable car. Low speed for crawling and rugged terrain, high speed for grass and hard surface driving. Traction treads are part of the tyre which is also a tough rubber so provides very good reliable grip. We've tried climbing curbs, slopes, sand, grass, palettes and tarmac/concrete driving and the car ate it all up without flinching. We got 11 bricks in the back, and it still climbed a steep grade without noticing. I've yet to have the battery die in a day, even with near constant driving which is super impressive for a child ride-on. On previous cars I've had multiple batteries to enable swapping, but this does not need it. Remote control of the vehicle via the handheld controller is very good (mostly just using the e-stop function to avert accidents!). Due to the remote ability though steering is motorised and could be heavy for a young child to operate. Turning circle is less than I would have preferred but this is also affected by speed.
Features - The car is nicely kitted out. Sturdy adjustable seats, opening bonnet, rear and side doors, rear suspension, front lights and music player. The front lights are not controllable though and the rears don’t work at all which I think is a shame. Future improvement would be to make the rear lights work and enable the ability to switch them on and off. The music player is just a gimmick. It’s not a radio as the channels are pre-recorded but at least the volume can be changed. I would drop this in future in favour of working lights. The music player also indicates battery charge level but I'm not entire sure it's accurate. The car will tell you “It’s time for a charge" before it dies, but it would be good to know in advance when you might run out of juice.
Notes - There is minor spreading of the front wheels but having investigated it I cannot see any structural concern or any means of remedy. The quality of the handheld controller is poor. It appears like an afterthought cheap throw in. It turns the car into a full-blown RC toy so would be nice to see this given the same quality as the rest of the car. It's just as fun running from the remote. I ended up removing the rear step and mudflaps to avoid ground clearance issues. As they're solid plastic rather than rubber they'd eventually be snapped off anyway. The car is no less visual without them. The fold out rear handle is great for lifting the car, but the extendable trolly wheels at the front I'm dubious about carrying the weight so I've not used them. Its best to always lift the car with two people.
Overall, a fantastic vehicle that has proven its value and will provide years of entertainment.
